Overview

Execute, track & closure

During execution and closure phase, implementation of the OCM strategy will be executed in alignment with the project progress. The strategy will be adapted to changes in the project and the organization. Users and IT support staff will be trained according to roles. At the end of the project, the benefit realization plan will be thoroughly handed over to Line of Business and IT Operations.
