Selection and evaluation of vendors is done with an objective approach both in terms of commercial fit, IT and quality compliance and capabilities based on our own methodology.
The choices between Best of Breed, Unified Platforms and cloud-based vs on-premises based solutions are frequent questions being asked when looking for new solutions. The requirements are expanded as needed to support more complex studies and processes.
We can support in creating the necessary RfI/RfP packages and demonstration and scoring process to ensure an objective selection result.
Key areas:
HERAX works closely with the business to define the initial criteria, do a proper initial market scan, and provide a long list of vendors (typically 10). Then we will work closely with both businesses, IT and procurement, to further narrow down the list of vendors to, ideally max. 3 – 5, which will be included in the final proposal phase.
Finally, we can assist in negotiating the best solution and price and ensure all vendor commitments are included in the final contract.
